Position: Clinical Research Associate Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline - healthcare preferred) minimum of 2–4 years of on-site monitoring experience Work Location: Ahmedabad (On-site) Job Description:

• Able to establish regular lines of communication with sites to manage ongoing project expectations & issues, if any.
• Manage the progress of assigned studies by tracking submissions - approvals, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query generation - resolution.
• Ensure 100% adherence to the monitoring & other study plans.

About COD: Successfully conduct various site visits: Site selection, Site Initiation, site initiation, Site Close Out. Administer Protocol and related study training to assigned sites. Excellent communication skills.
