Job Description:
As a Research Scientist - Pharmacokinetics at Zydus Lifesciences, your responsibilities will include:
- Clinical and Preclinical Development of 505(b)(2) Products:
- Literature search focusing on preclinical and clinical development programs.
- Understanding and defining the rationale for the unmet need for identified products.
- Thorough understanding of disease physiology, preclinical safety pharmacology.
- Budgeting for preclinical and clinical studies.
- Authoring and reviewing study plans, protocols, scientific justifications, and publications for non-clinical studies.
- Monitoring preclinical and clinical studies in India and overseas CROs.
- Genotoxicity/Toxicity Studies:
- Outsourcing and overseeing technical and regulatory aspects of AMES test and toxicity studies.
- Reviewing study data, reports, and defining strategies for the assessment of genotoxicity/toxicity studies.
- Managing the budget and financial aspects of CROs.
