Responsibilities:

- Support and collaborate with existing distributors for commercialization, marketing, and promotions.
- Develop and manage relationships with partners.
- Prepare proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Conduct due diligence for optimizing efficiency in BD deals.
- Cultivate a culture of competitive intelligence gathering.
- Develop business acumen to understand industry challenges in target countries.
- Generate and manage pipelines to close JV, M&A deals.
