Job Description
About the Department & Responsibilities
As an Officer/Senior Officer in the IPR department, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of patent landscapes, FTO, and patentability searches.
- Conducting patent searches and filing patent applications.
- Responding to objection reports, office actions, rejection reports, and opposition.
- Maintenance of patent applications.
- Managing various IPR trackers.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates who:
- Have a strong understanding of patent language and claims.
- Possess experience in patent search and preparation of patent landscapes.
- Have worked in the Pharma industry with exposure to the US market.
- Qualification: M. Pharm.
