We are looking for talented and enthusiastic scientists to join our growing Bioreagents team in Hyderabad. There are multiple vacancies in the following areas.

Qualification: MSC/MTech in any of the applied biological sciences (Eg., Biotechnology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry etc.)

Experience: 4-10 years after MSC/MTech, preferably in an industrial set up

For transient transfection & Stable cell line generation: Stable cell line generation using CHO, HEK293 and other cancer cell lines.

Cell line analysis by FACS technique

Transient transfection in various scales from 100mL-20L in shake flasks and tube reactors Transient transfection in wave bioreactors up to 50L

QC analysis of the cell lines by various methods SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, ELISA

Ability to carry out FACS sorting will be an added advantage.

Experience in handling insect cells cultures and mammalian stir tank bioreactor will be an added advantage
