Job Responsibilities
1. Protein purification techniques like., SEC, Ion-Exchange, Hydrophobic and Affinity chromatography's. 2. Well versed with chromatography systems like Akta Avant, Explorer & Pilot.
3. Should know column handling, packing and unpacking procedures.
4. Protein concentration by TFF/ Hollow fibre.
5. Buffer preparations.
6. Filtration techniques (Nano and Sterile).
