2) Officer - QMS
QUALIFICATION :- B. Pharm M.SC
Experience :- 2-8
Job Requirements :-
Handling of QMS activity like Deviation Handling, Change Control Investigation, CAPA, Market Complaint Product Recall, Internal Audits
Preparation and Review of Batch Records, SOP.
Validation Protocol, APQR/PPOR Analytical Records GTP, STP. OOS, OOT
3) officer - validation
QUALIFICATION :- B. Pharm M.SC
Experience :- 2-8 yrs
Job Requirements :-
Handling validation and qualification activities of sterile/injectable line
Cleaning and process validation
Review of BMR. BPR. Validation Report Stability Reports, Calibration Reports
4) Officer - Environmental Monitoring
QUALIFICATION :- B.sc, M.SC
Experience :- 2- 3 yrs
Job Requirements :-
Environmental monitoring of manufacturing filling and microbiology area,
Environmental monitoring in media heels.
Carrying out area qualification and personnel qualification.
5) Production officers
QUALIFICATION :- B pharm, M pharmacy
Experience :- 2- 10 yrs
Job Requirements :-
Filling operations
Lyophilizer, dry freezing machines
Autoclave/CPSA/vial washing area, carrying out manufacturing
Media fill activities
Experience in executing equipment and area qualifications and related documentation.
6) Production Operators
QUALIFICATION :- D. Pharm/ DME / ITI
Experience :- 02 - 10 years
Job Requirements :-
Steam sterilizers (Fedegaro )
GHP pass box, filling & sealing machine (Bosch & Groninger)
Lyophilizer machine(ima & Martin Christ), vial washing & tunnel (Bosch/Groninger)
